For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Rostock, bulgarische Gastarbeiter ADN-ZB Sidermann-8.12.86 Rostock: Zusammenarbeit DDR-VRB-Ihren Abschluß als Fachingenieur für Schweißtechnik haben diese bulgarischen Spezialisten an der Ingenieurhochschule für Seefahrt Warnemünde-Wustow erworben. Zum Lehrprogramm des mherwöchigen Kurses gehörte der Unterricht an einem Schweißroboter der Schule (Foto). Die Ausbildung, an der auch sowjetische Dozenten beteiligt sind, erfolgte zum größten Teil in bulgarischer Sprache. In sechs Lehrgängen erhielten bisher 97 Fachleute aus sem Balkanland eine derartige postgraduale Ausbildung an der Ingenieurhochschule für Seefahrt.
