For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Eckstedt, Ernte, Rapsdreschen Zentralbild Torka TBD 16.7.1953 Hockendrusch mit der Kombine "Stalinez 4" Die Mähdrescherbrigade der MTS Eckstedt verpflichtete sich, 220 ha in der diesjährigen Erntesaison zu ernten. Zur besseren Organisation führte sie ein Zwei-Schichtsystem ein. UBz: Die Brigade Gerhard Peter beim Raps-Hockendrusch mit der Kombine auf dem Felde des Kreisgutes Kerspleben, Landkreis Erfurt.
