Zentralbild TBD (Wittig) 29.1.1954 Internationaler Box-Vergleichskampf FSCT Frankreich gegen eine DDR-Auswahlmannschaft der IG Metall in Erfurt . Am 27. Januar 1954 wurden in der Thüringenhalle in Erfurt die Vergleichskämpfe einer DDR-Auswahlmannschaft der IG-Metall gegen die französische Arbeitersportler-Delegation der FSCT ausgetragen. Das Ergebnis war ein Unentschieden 7:7.Die französischen Gäste zeigten sich hier in besserer Kondition und auch die Kämpfe waren abwechslungsreiner und interessanter als in Berlin, wie der Ringrichter Reimann ebenfalls bestätigte. Ein Kollege des VEB Optima Erfurt überreichte der französischen Delegation als Freundschaftsbeweis eine Schreibmaschine mit französischer Tastatur. UBz.
