For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Wietleben, LPG, Bau von Wohnungen Zentralbild Berbeth-We-Ge-2 Motive-3.11.1955 Individueller Wohnungsbau in Wietleben, Bezirk Halle-Dank der großzügigen Hilfe unserer Regierung ist es den Genossenschaftsbauern der LPG "Freundschaft" in Wietleben, Bezirk Halle, möglich, eigene Wohnhäuser zu bauen. So zahlt z. B. der Genossenschaftsbauer Gaul 3.000.-- DM (drei null null null) in bar und wird manuelle Arbeiten im Werte von 4.000.-- DM (vier null null null) leisten. Der Rest der Bausumme wird ihm als langfristiger Kredit zur Verfügung gestellt. UBz: Blick auf die Baustellen der Genossenschaftsbauern Gaul und Floth
