For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Berlin, Nalepastraße, Sendeanstalt, Wandelgang Zentralbild Sturm 8.2.56 Neuer moderner Komplex für die künstlerische Produktion im Funkhaus Berlin Der am 16. Februar 1955 durch Brandstiftung zerstörte große Sendesaal des Staatlichen Rundfunkkomitees Berlin, Nalepastrasse, ist nach modernsten Gesichtspunkten wiederaufgebaut worden. Daneben wurden einige kleinere Sendesäle eingerichtet. Zu jedem Sendesaal gehört ein Regieraum. Am 8.2.56 fand im Funkhaus eine Pressekonferenz statt mit anschliessender Besichtigung der neuen Räume durch die Pressevertreter. UBz: Wandelgang im Funkhaus.
