For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Gisela Koller Zentralbild Leipzig Müller 4.5.1956 Richtfestfeier in Leipzig Am 28. und 29.4.1956 feierten die Bauarbeiter des Stadions der 100.000 gemeinsam mit der Bevölkerung Leipzigs das Richtfest in den Messehallen der technischen Messe. Für ein reichhaltiges Programm sorgten bekannte Künstler und Sportler, die dadurch einen Beitrag zum Gelingen des II. Deutschen Turn- und Sportfestes leisteten. UBz: Gisela Koller (DHfK) zeigt eiine Kürübung auf dem Schwebebalken.
