Zentralbild Krisch 6.6.1960 II. Arbeiterfestspiele des FDGB im Bezirk Karl-Marx-Stadt. Am Eröffnungsabend (4.6.1960) des großen Kulturfestivals der Werktätigen fand die festliche Aufführung des Bezirksprogramms des Industriebezirks Cottbus in der Festspielstadt Freiberg statt. Das Festredenprogramm trug den Titel "Bezirk der Giganten". UBz: Die Einwohner der alten Bergarbeiterstadt Freiberg empfingen die Volkskünstler mit herzlichem Beifall.
