For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Mobendorf, Besprechung des Arbeitsplans Zentralbild Gahlbeck 2.12.1960 Gemeindeflur ohne Grenzsteine Erfolge genossenschaftlicher Arbeit in der Gemeinde Mobendorf, Kreis Hainichen Sämtliche 720 Hektar Fläche Ackerland der Gemeindeflur von Mobendorf sind in drei große Schlagkomplexe eingeteilt worden. Die LPG Typ I der Gemeinde hat deshalb mit den beiden LPG von Typ III Land ausgetauscht. Dieser vom Gemeinderat organisierte Flächenaustausch betrug insgesamt mehr als 120 Hektar. Jede LPG konnte schon die Herbstarbeiten auf zusammengelegten Flchen vornehmen. UBz: Der Traktorist Sieghart Schollee (2.v.l) zeigt hier dem Feldbaubrigadier Otto Quant (links), dem Bürgermeister Gerhard Mann (2.v.r.) und dem Agronomen Johannes Kleindienst (rechts), welche Feldraine er umgepflügt hat.
