For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Zentralbild-Hesse-13.8.1961-Professor Norden besuchte Bereitschaftspolizei in Treptow. Überraschend besuchte am 22.8.1961 das Mitglied des Politbüros des ZK der SED, Professor Albert Norden, die Einheit der Bereitschaftspolizei in einem Grenzabschnitt im Berliner Stadtbezirk Treptow, um den Wachtmeistern, Unterführern und Offizieren für ihren hervorragenden Einsatz bei der Sicherung des Friedens in Berlin den Dank der Partei der Arbeiterklasse zu überbringen. Ubz: Prof. Norden spricht mit einem Genossen der Kampfgruppe. Veröffentlichung nur mit Genehmigung der Pressestelle des MDI -
