For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Boritz, Traktoristen bei der Aussaat Zentralbild Siegert 4.4.1963 Kreis Riesa: Durch Komplexeinsatz schnelle Beendigung der Frühjahrsaussaat. Um die gegenwärtige gute Witterung auszunutzen, arbeitet die Brigade 3 der MTS Nünchritz, Stützpunkt Boritz, bei der Frühjahrsbestellung in der LPG "Immer bereit" in Boritz, Kreis Riesa, im Komplexeinsatz. Dadurch konnten die Genossenschaftsbauern die Sommergetreideaussaat statt in 5 in 3 Tagen beenden. Die Brigade - unser Bild zeigt sie beim Haferdrillen - schafft an einem Tag 9 Hektar.
