For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Oberstes Gericht, Globke-Prozess, Michael Landau Zentralbild Brüggmann 10.7.1963 Globke-Prozess (3. Tag). Einen besonderen Höhepunkt im Prozeß gegen den Judenmörder Globke bildete am 10. Juli das Auftreten des israelischen Rechtsanwalten Michael Landau (unser Bild). Michael Landau, der aus eigenem Erleben von den Leiden der Juden im Warschauer Ghetto und im Konzentrationslager Bergen-Belsen berichtete, schloß sich als gesellschaftlicher Ankläger im namen des Verbandes der Antinazikämpfer und Opfer des Nazismus in Israel der Anklage gegen Globke an.
