Zentralbild-Kollektiv (Brüggmann) 18.12.1963 Erdölfernleitung "Freundschaft" in Betrieb genommen Die internationale Erdölleitung "Freundschaft" wurde auf dem Territorium der DDR am Mittwoch, den 18.12.63, auf einem Festakt des Ministerrates feierlich in Betrieb genommen. In Anwesenheit hervorragender Repräsentanten des ersten deutschen Arbeiter- und Bauern-Staates, ausländischer Regierungsdelegationen und Abordnungen der Arbeiter und Ingenieure der am Bau beteiligten Betriebe erteilte der Erste Sekretär des ZK der SED und Vorsitzender des Staatsrates, Walter Ulbricht, der Meßwarte das Kommando: "Schalten Sie die Automatik auf "Schieber auf" und geben sie den sowjetischen Erdöl aus der Erdölleitung "Freundschaft" den Weg in das Tanklager der Deutschen Demokratischen Republik frei, damit es zum Ruhme der Erbauer der gigantichen Leitung für den gegenseitigen Nutzen und den Wohlstand unserer Völker, für die ökonomische Überlegenheit des sozialistischen Weltsystems und die Erhaltung des Friedens fließe". |

Čeština: Ropovod Družba uváděn do provozu. Mezinárodní ropovod Družba byl na území Německé demokratické republiky slavnostně otevřen radou ministrů ve středu 18. prosince 1963. Za přítomnosti předních představitelů prvního německého dělnicko-rolnického státu, zahraničních vládních delegací a delegací pracujících a inženýrů, kteří se podíleli na stavbě, dal první tajemník Ústředního výboru SED a předseda státní rady Walter Ulbricht ve velíně příkaz: „Přepněte automatiku na "pozastaveno" a uvolněte sovětské ropě cestu z ropovodu "Přátelství" do skladovacích nádrží Německé demokratické republiky, aby tekla k slávě stavitelů gigantického vedení pro oboustranný prospěch a prosperitu našich národů, pro hospodářskou nadřazenost socialistického světového systému a zachování míru.“ UBZ.: Přes průmyslovou televizi následoval potvrzení "jednotka rozuměla - otevřít ventil." Dispečerka Gisela Ufer otevřela ventil.
