For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Kerpsleben, Getreideernte, Nachtarbeit Zentralbild Demme 16.8.67 Nachts auf den Feldern der Kooperationsgemeinschaft Kerspleben (bei Erfurt) herrscht reges Leben. Hier wird die Saatfurche für die Wintergerste gezogen. Schon seit dem 3. August fahren die Traktoristen der Zwischenbetrieblichen-Einrichtung der Kooperationsgemeinschaft Kerspleben in zwei Schichten. Durch eine gute Organisation und durch rationelle Auslastung leistet dieser Komplex 35-40 ha pro Tag.
