For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Zentralbild Brüggmann 4.10.68 frie 12. Sitzung des Staatsrates der DDR. Berlin: Der Vorsitzende des Staatsrates, Walter Ulbricht, eröffnete am 4.10.68 im Amtssitz am Marx-Engels-Platz die bedeutsame Beratung, die sich mit der Weiterführung der Hochschulreform und der Entwicklung des Hochschulwesens bis 1975 beschäftigte. Der Staatsrat schätzt die seit dem VII. Parteitag der SED geleistet Arbeit ein, um zu weitern Schlußfolgerungen bei der sozialistischen Erziehung und Ausbildung der Studenten gemäß dem Leitbild des sozialistischen Wissenschafters zu gelangen.
