For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.  Altmittweida, Pumpe für Beregnungsanlage
Zentralbild Thieme 14-8-69-Karl-Marx-Stadt: "Schlauchregen" in Altmittweida Die LPG "Friedrich Engels" im Kreis Hainichen erhielt in den trockenen Wochen Hilfe von den Barkaswerken. Eine Pumpe von der Betriebsfeuerwehr und 400 Meter Schläuche bewahren die Weiden der LPG vor dem Austrocknen. Die betroffenen Südhänge der LPG erhalten jetzt Wasser aus dem gestauten Holzbach. Zur Wartung und Bedienung der Pumpe ist der Kollege Arnold Skarupke aus den Barkaswerken den Genossenschaftsbauern zur Hilfe gekommen. Bitte beachten Sie auch unser Foto H0814-07-1N |
