For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Dresden, Bibliothekswagen, Innenansicht Zentralbild Häßler 4.9.70-kat-Dresden: Bibliothek auf Rädern- Gut beraten vom Leiter der Einrichtung, Harry Töpfer, wird die Schülerin Ute Ottemann, eine der 7 500 ständigen Leser im Stadtgebiet Dresden, die jährlich durch diese rollende Bücherei literarisch betreut werden. Seit einem Jahr sind zwei neue Fahrzeuge der Stadt- und Bezirksbibliothek Dresden im Einsatz. Jeweils 5.000 Bücher kann ein Fahrzeug zu einem Standort mitnehmen. 30.000 Bände stehen den Lesern der Bücherei insgesamt zur Verfügung. (bitte beachten Sie dazu Foto J 0904-23-1N)
