For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
ADN-ZB-Reiche-10.8.71-hsch-Bezirk Frankfurt-Oder: VEB Petrolchemisches Kombinat, Stammbetrieb Schwedt - Werktätige der Raffinerie beseitigen Planrückstände. Unser Foto zeigt die Anlagenfahrerin Rosina Friedrich an der Rohölpumpe, die das Rohöl zur Entsalzung transportiert. In einer Hausfrauensonderklasse qualifizierte sich Rosina Friedrich von der Hausfrau zur Chemiefacharbeiterin. Im sozialistischen Wettbewerb wollen die Werktätigen der Hauptabteilung Raffinerie die durch eine Havarie entstandenen Planrückstände kontinuierlich reduzieren. In der Hauptabteilung Raffinerie werden Vergaserkraftstoffkomponenten, Dieselkraftstoffe, Heizöle, Bitumen, Flüssiggase und Aromate produziert. (siehe auch Foto K0810-1N)
