For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Rostock, Überseehafen, Frachter ADN-ZB Sindermann 22.4.72 Rostock: Schnellerer Güterumschlag für Somalia und Vietnam. Dsa Schiff "Breitechate" wird in den nächsten Tagen aus Rostock auslaufen und Kurs auf Haiphong nehmen. Mit dem schnellen und qualitätsgerechten Laden des Schiffes mit Handwerkserzeugnissen und Glas aus der DDR sehen die Umschlagsarbeiter des "Produktionsbereiches Asien" ihren wichtigen Beitrag zur Unterstützung des kämpfenden vietnamesichen Volkes.
