For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Rostock, Überseehafen, Ölhafen, Tanker ADN-ZB Sindermann 7.9.72 Rostock: Ölhafen - Um 8, 2 Prozent wollen die 75 Mitarbeiter des Rostocker Ölhafens den Erdöl-Umschlag in diesem Jahr gegenüber 1971 erhöhen. Der August-Plan wurde mit 111 Prozent erfüllt - trotzdem sind noch Planrückstände aufzuholen. Deshalb sind die Arbeiter und Ingenieure um eine höhere Arbeitseffektivität, um niedrigere Materialkosten und vor allem um bessere Arbeits- und Lebensbedingungen bemüht. Sie entwickelten z.B. mit Werktätigen des Gummikombinats Blankenburg neue Übergabeschläuche zum Entleeren der Schiffe. (siehe ADN-Meldung vom 7.9.72)
