ADN-ZB Sindermann 10.1.79 Rostock: Sowjetischer Tanker " Drushba" weihte rekonstruierten Ölhafen der Bezirksstadt ein

Der rekonstruierte Rostocker Ölhafen wurde am 10.1.1979 mit dem Entladen der 43 520 Tdw großen sowjetischen Tankers " Drushba" in Betrieb genommen. Bei einem Tiefgang von mehr als elf Metern und 215 Metern Länge hat das Schiff mit 41 132 Tonnen des wichtigsten Flüssiggutes für die DDR-Chemieindustrie gebracht. Diese Menge soll in nur 24 Stunden in die Spezialsilos gepumpt werden. Damit wird die bisherige Entladeleistung weit mehr als das Dreifache überboten.
