For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.  Warnemünde, Lotsenstation
ADN-ZB Sindermann 25.4.81 Rostock-Startklar für die kommende Saison 1981 sollen die Schffe der weißen Flotte sein. Wenn in den nächsten Tagen das kommende "Leinen los!" ertönt, um mit Fahrgästen aus allen Teilen der Republik und dem Ausland in See zu stechen. Die Mitarbeiter des Betriebsteiles Rostock der weißen Flotte beförderten im Jahre 1980 mehr als 3 Millionen Passagiere. Bei Bedarf fahren auch während der Wintermonate Schiffe zu Hafenrundfahrten aus. Hier das Fahrgastschiff "Seebad Ahlbeck" vor der Lotsenstation Warnemünde. |
