Burette for air-sensitive titrant solutions.

Summary[edit]

Description
English: Modified Mohr burette designed for air-sensitive titrants. The titrant solution is kept in bottle C, and through B and b fills up the burette A thanks to the communicating vessels' principle. By closing the clip on b and opening clip a it is possible to titrate. The removed liquid is replaced by air, entering the system through an U-shaped tube D, filled with a desiccant or other substances.
