Description
English: Uncle Sam sits on his leaking bag full of troubles, and watches a baseball game. His scorecard indicates that he is watching the "World's Series".

Troubles leaking from the bag include "League of Nations", "Peace Treaty", "Unrest", "Profiteering", "Strikes", "Politics", and "HCL" (that is, "high cost of living).
