A magyar Pénzügyminisztérium II. számú tájékoztatója, mely 1948 november 30 –án kelt, a (2) alatti postai keltezéssel ellátott boríték szerint december 21 –én postázta az Igazságügyminiszter dr. Rácz Lajos közjegyzőnek Enyingre. Magyar Állami Nyomda Budapest 1948 – 9023. A CASBI elnevezés a román elnevezésből képzett betűszó (Ellenséges Vagyonokat Kezelő és Ellenőrző Pénztár ).

CASBI is an abbreviation of the Roumanian name for the office for the Administration and Supervision of Enemy Property. It was established and organised by a royal decree which appeared in the Roumanian official gazette on February 10th, 1945. It was set up in connection with Clause 8 of the Armistice Agreement signed in Moscow on September 13th, 1944 between the United Nations and Roumania, under which the Roumanian Government undertook not to permit the removal or expropriation of property of any description belonging to Germany and Hungary or their nationals in Roumania, and to arrange for it to be secured upon conditions to be laid down by the Soviet High Command. ©© Derzsi Elekes Andor, Budapest, 2014, You are authorised to use these photos and vids under Creative Commons – even for commercial, for profit purposes.
