Description

PHARR, Texas—U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Office of Field Operations (OFO) at the Pharr International Bridge cargo facility discovered 615 pounds of alleged methamphetamine within a commercial trailer. “This seizure is an outstanding discovery and is the largest meth seizure in our port’s history. Our officers ability to detect inconsistencies and their attention to detail continues to pay off. Our officers remain vigilant and dedicated to the CBP mission,” said (A) Port Director Javier Cantu, Hidalgo/Pharr/Anzalduas Port of Entry. The seizure occurred on March 3, 2017.
