Kivitelezés: 2021. - A CTPARK Budapest East ULL6 kódszámú csarnoka a 3757 hrsz.-ú telken: A telek délkeleti részen felépült ULL6 kódszámú 41 ezer nm-es csarnokban logisztikai funkció kap helyet. A vasbeton oszlopokra és főtartókra, szendvicspanel homlokzati burkolattal, könnyűszerkezetes tetővel épült csarnokok a raktárfelületek mellett a logisztikai tevékenységhez szükséges irodablokkoknak is helyet adnak.
