| Description |
English: Champaign-Urbana Mass Transit District 2021 New Flyer XHE60 is seen laying over at Lincoln Square in Urbana, IL, before operating on a southbound 13 Silver service to the Florida Avenue and Pennsylvania Avenue residence halls. CUMTD became the first transit agency to purchase articulated hydrogen fuel-cell buses in the United States in fall 2021. This bus is one of only three New Flyer XHE60s ever built (as of spring 2024), with the others being CUMTD #2102 and a demonstration bus that formerly operated for AC Transit. |
