Čeština: Prototyp pistole ČZ vz. 491 (ČZ 149) vzniklý dalším vývojem z prototypů ČZ 471 a ČZ 481 (1948, Myška a Čermák, 9mm Parabellum, dvouřadý zásobník na 14 nábojů, spouštový mechanismus SA/DA, vnější kohout, manuální pojistka kombinovaná s vypouštěním kohoutu, úderníková pojistka, uzamčený závěr systémem Browning, systém rozborky odlišný od ČZ vz. 38 resp 47, spíše podobný pozdější ČZ vz. 52)
