Wie organisiert man seine eigene Ermordung? Herrlich amüsanter Krimi in bester Agatha-Christie-Tradition. Finanziell ruiniert, geschieden, schwerkrank überlegt Olivia, wie sie ihr einst so perfektes Leben auf möglichst glamouröse Weise beenden kann. Sie entschließt sich, ihre ärgsten Feinde auf eine private Luxusyacht einzuladen - und ihr Plan geht auf: Bei einem Sturz muss die 43-jährige ihr Luxusleben endgültig hinter sich lassen. Aber war Olivias Tod nun ein Unfall, Selbstmord oder wurde sie gar ermordet? Zumindest hätten alle an Bord ein Motiv für die Tat.

Carmen Posadas, 1953 in Montevideo geboren, ist in London, Buenos Aires und Moskau aufgewachsen. Ihre literarische Karriere begann sie 1980 mit dem Verfassen von Kinderbüchern. 1996 veröffentlichte sie ihren ersten Roman, Fünf blaue Fliegen. Mit ihrem zweiten Roman, Kleine Infamien, gewann sie 1998 den Premio Planeta, der ihr zum internationalen Durchbruch verhalf. Carmen Posadas lebt in Madrid.
