Description
Català: El Carrer Major de Ponts va des de la plaça Planell, situada al centre de la vila, fins a la plaça de l’Església, ubicada en un dels extrems de Ponts. Aquest carrer ha tingut sempre un caràcter menestral. Fins no fa gaire era habitat per artesans i comerciants que feien servir les plantes de les cases com a tallers o botigues. També hi tenien la residència professionals lliberals com metges, apotecaris, menestrals o notaris. Ara ja són pocs els comerciants que hi donen vida pròpia.
