Català: Une trainera à Castro Urdiales. La trainera était à l'origine une embarcation de pêche, typique de la côte Cantabrique. Aujourd'hui ces embarcations sont dédiées au sport et de nombreuses régates sont organisées. C'est un exemple d'instrument de travail qui devient instrument de loisirs et donne lieu à des compétitions. Ce sport est très réglementé, en ce qui concerne le poids et les dimensions des bateaux.
Español: Una trainera en Castro Urdiales (Cantabria, España). Una trainera es, originalmente, una embarcación propia de la costa cantábrica de remo, y a veces vela, antiguamente dedicada a la pesca; pero hoy día al deporte. De líneas finas, proa alzada y popa redonda, resiste muy bien las olas del Mar Cantábrico. Las traineras son un claro ejemplo de como el uso de una técnica de trabajo va desapareciendo con el paso del tiempo, dando lugar a la competición y al juego, pasando a ser hoy en día una embarcación deportiva de remo de banco fijo con una estricta reglamenteción en cuanto a peso, dimensiones, etc.
