Description
English: 4. CADET COLLEGE PANJGUR formally started its journey in year 2012 with the induction of its first batch of 20 students. It is a residential institution starting from class 7th till FSc. Till to date two batches of the cadets have graduated from the institution. Our illumines have joined various professions including the armed forces and professional colleges.

5. College campus is located at a distance of almost 5 kms from the Panjgur Airport at a distance of 500 ms from the N-85 National Highway. Campus is constructed over an area of almost 150 acres besides the famous Pir Omer Shrine. Date palms of the Pir Omer Shrine have witnessed growing this institution at a very steady pace. College has been designed to house 360 x Cadets. However, work on its fourth hostel block is likely to be completed before the start of the next session. Master plan of the college has been meticulously prepared to cater for all the requirements of a modern residential Public School. Presently Cadets have been distributed into two Junior, i.e Tipu Sultan and Sher Khan House; and four Senior houses i.e Hamza, Haider, Saad and Ubaida Houses. 6. In order to groom the wholesome personality of the young cadets a comprehensive curriculum has been prepared. It contains a fine balance of curriculum, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities. College routine caters for a minimum three hours of daily prep in the dormitories besides time spent in the classes. Fortnightly and monthly test are regularly held besides the midterm, end term and board examinations. Spacious class rooms, well-furnished science and computer laboratories, separate exam hall, college library and mini auditorium are all neatly organized to provide the most ideal learning environment to the cadets. A very especial emphasis is laid on the religious grooming of the young cadets which includes offering of regular collective prayers in the college mosque, daily recitation of the Holy Quran and Hadith e Nabwi SAW. 7. Co-curricular activities are organized in the shape of inter house competitions. Besides various clubs like Greens club, Science, Computer, Literary, Drama, Arts, Calligraphy, Photography, Music, Unarmed combat and gymnastic clubs have been formulated to polish different hidden potentials of the cadets. Our co-curricular activities calendar includes Seerat Conference, Pakistaniat, College Essay, General Knowledge, Debates, Declamations, Iqbaliat competitions and celebration and organizing of various national days / events. 8. Extra-curricular activities play a very important role in the grooming of the personality of the cadets. Foregoing in view, a comprehensive sports calendar comprising of both outdoor and indoor games has been prepared for the cadets. Our outdoor sports competitions include cricket, football, volleyball, basketball, x country, and athletics whereas indoor sports competitions include table tennis, carom board, chess and scrabble competitions. 9. Every year at the start of the year new cadet council comprising of the cadet appointments is selected. Cadet appointments include four college appointments and four appointments of each house. College appointments are the college prefect, president debating society, college stage secretary and college sports secretary whereas house appointments are house prefect, assistant house prefect, house mess secretary and house sports secretary. These appointments play a pivotal role in running the college routine. 10. Our college routine starts with the reveille early in the morning with the fajar prayer call. a. Cadets gather in the college mosque at the Fajar prayers which is followed by daily recitation of the Holy Quran. b. There after the cadets move out for the morning physical training period less Mon, Friday and Sundays. c. Every Monday our zero-period is dedicated for the weekly drill whereas Quran Khawani is held on every Friday. d. Cadets move to their hostels for freshen up and changing into the college uniform before proceeding for the daily breakfast in the cadet mess. e. Our morning assembly is conducted in the shape of a weekly inter house competition whereby daily a separate sponsor house is responsible to conduct the entire proceedings of the morning assembly which include recitation and translation from the Holy Quran, Thought of the Day both in English as well as in Urdu and the singing of the national anthem. At the end of the week results are announced and prizes distributed to encourage a healthy participation. f. Our highly qualified and dedicated faculty is working round the clock to improve upon the education standards. Our spacious class rooms and corridors of the entire academic block have been decorated by the displays of very useful information boards prepared by our faculty and the students. g. Daily games are organized in the sports grounds after Asr prayers. h. Our art and science galleries are enviable and second to none. The dedication and commitment of the cadets to the work is admirable. Every Thursday is observed as the Clubs day, whereby students get the assignments for the entire week and then they can work over it throughout the week. Our Art and Science exhibitions are reflection of the talent of our young cadets. i. Evening and Esha prayers are regularly offered at the mosque. This also include a daily Hadith narration by the sponsor house. j. Our mess routine is organized to teach the mess and table manners to the young cadets. Cadet appointments ensure maintenance of discipline as well as the standard of food. Every meal is taken as a proper parade and dua is recited before and at the end of the meal. k. Our daily routine is embedded with an exclusive study of three hours of a daily prep under supervised environment. This enables the cadets to prepare for their academics in a most befitting manner. l. Daily after the prep a short kit inspection is held whereby the cadet appointments ensure the preparation of the cadets for the dress and the next day’s routine. m. Our young leaders of the tomorrow go to their beds daily with the lights out timings call with a new hope for a better day and a brilliant future.

n. Next morning cadets again get up early in the morning with the reveille call with rejuvenated energies and renewed vigor to be the master of their destinies.
