Camilo José Cela, en su Viaje a la Alcarria (1948), cita un palacio como El Palacio de Ibarra, donde dice «Ibarra» debio decir «don Luis», tambien esa Conífera, por otro error es llamado por Cela, "pino japonés"............. siendo un maravilloso y frondoso cedro del Líbano. Cela, en el Nuevo Viaje a la Alcarria (1984) aclara el error: -"Aquel caserón semiderruido, con un jardín abandonado y lleno de encanto, no es el palacio de Ibarra, que queda más adelante y algo apartado de esta carretera, sino el de Don Luis, y el pino japonés, alto y esbelto, lleno de empaque, de gracia y de señorío, tampoco es un pino sino que se transformó, sin duda por artes mágicas, en un cedro corpulento aunque quizá también algo derrotado. Cedrus libani o cedro del Lìbano. Originario de ese paìs. Tiene acìculas cortitas de un verde clarito. Cedrus atlàntica o cedro del Atlas. Acìculas cortas pero de un color verde apagado glauca. Originario del Atlas. Cedrus deodara o lloròn. Es el que tiene las acìculas màs largas y ademàs es como de porte lloròn. Originario del Himalaya. |
