The variety of fish for sale is dependent on weather and supply - often local hotels and restaurants snap up entire stocks of particular species leaving us mere peasants to choose from what they leave behind. Such is his reputation, Sean McKeown supplies hotels across the country, even as far as the 396511 Most of the stock for sale is from local waters but some of the more exotic species come from as far as the Indian Ocean. Today's highlights include the fresh local king scallops - see 607227 - and McKeown's battered scampi. |
