CERRO MARIO ARDITO[edit]
Ubicación: Penitentes, Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza, Argentina. Altura: 3656 metros
Historia: El 27 de marzo de 1983 el Club de Andistas Mendoza decide poenrle el nombre (no geográficamente oficial) de Mario Ardito an un cerro ubicado en la zona de Cruz de Caña en Mendoza Argentina. Mario Ardito fue un andinista y esquiador profesional que convirtio la montaña en su casa. Un gran valor del andinismo local en los años 50 junto a a un grupo de amigos fundaron Cruz de Caña (actualmente el centro de sky Penitentes). Fallece en el 24 de julio de 1982 dejando un gran lejado en el andinismo local y nacional.
