English:
Three storey residential building. It was built in 1914 according to the plans of Emil Bauer and Gyula Guttmann for the Railway Officials' villa cooperative in Bálint Street. Emil Bauer (1883–1956) architect, István Gádor (1891–1984) ceramic artist, daughter Magda Gádor (1924) and husband Sándor Nagy (1923–2017) sculptor lived in the house. Facade plaque to István Gádor and Sándor Illés - 18 Cházár András Sreeet, Istvánmező neighborhood, 14th District of Budapest.

Háromeletes lakóépület 1914-ben épült Bauer Emil és Guttmann Gyula tervei alapján a Vasúti tisztviselők Bálint utcai villaszövetkezetének részére. A házban élt Bauer Emil (1883–1956) építész, Gádor István 1891–1984) kerámiaművész, lánya Gádor Magda (1924) és a férje Nagy Sándor (1923–2017) szobrászművész. Homlokzaton Gádor István domborműveemléktáblája Gádor Magda alkotása (1991)[1] - Épületdíszítő domborművek az oromzaton, másrészt az alatta a három emelet mindegyikén meglévő hármas osztású ablakai felett láthatók. Az oromzat díszítő alkotása: szétbomló virág-, ill. növény motívumok felett a középvonalban egy szőlővel telt edény látható, aminek két oldalán egy-egy páva emeli csőrét felfelé, jellegzetes faroktollazatuk egybeolvad az alattuk örvénylő növények ága-bogával.
