I used to prefer the <a href="https://www.flickr.com/photos/avlxyz/4997435861/">Laksa Lemak</a> to the Curry Laksa because of its tangy lemongrass and torch ginger zing. But today, I had the Curry Laksa and was blown away by the rich spice soup that wasn't too spicy hot, and not too creamy with coconut. The curry was thick and rich, full of cumin and cinnamon, and if that sounds heavy, a sprig of mint and a squeeze of lime brings the balance.
