Summary[edit]

Description
English: G-APOS de Havilland Canada Chipmunk 23, registered to de Havilland but operated by Fison Airwork, about to demonstrate crop spraying at a disused RAF airfield somewhere in East Anglia in the Summer of 1959. Quite probably at Bourn, Cambrigeshire, Fison-Airwork's base. G-APOS was the second and last British purpose built Chipmunk 23 and appeared at the Farnborough SBAC Show in 1958. The wing slots and spray bar are clearly visible, but the raised cockpit is out of sight.
