Preconceito, desemprego e falta de saneamento são alguns dos males que afligem essa população que se estabeleceu no local há 30 anos. Ellos sufren una grave carencia de servicios sociales, empleo decente y a menudo son víctimas de la discriminación. Hace 30 años que siguen en ese lugar. Near Sousa, in Paraíba, more than 2.500 gypsies have been living in poverty and in a state of total neglect. They suffer from serious lack of both social services and decent jobs, and are often victims of discrimination. Thirty years have passed since they first arrived. |
