História O Teatro Pax Julia foi inaugurado em 28 de Dezembro de 1928. Em 1952, depois de uma grande remodelação, passou a chamar-se Cine-Teatro. Em 1990 fechou portas. Foi inaugurado como Teatro Municipal em 17 de Junho de 2005 num espectáculo com Sérgio Godinho, Rão Kyao, Vitorino, Janita Salomé e Filipa Pais. Características É constituido por um auditório com 620 lugares e uma sala-estúdio com 130 lugares, além da cafetaria. Primeiros três anos Em Junho de 2008, três anos após a inauguração foi feito um balanço.
