Description
Español: Com uma população de aproximadamente 4 milhões de habitantes, Caracas é a capital e a cidade mais populosa do país sul-americano da Venezuela. Está perto da costa e do Porto de La Guaira, mas a uma altitude de mais de 800 metros, para o qual o clima é muito agradável, o que fez com que ele fosse chamado de "cidade da eterna primavera".

Caracas está localizado no sopé da Avila, uma montanha de 2600 metros, onde você pode encontrar o parque Ávila ou Waraira Repano e o Hotel Humboldt (em processo de remodelação), que pode ser alcançado por um teleférico. É, sem dúvida, uma das melhores atrações turísticas que a cidade possui. A uma altura de 2100m você pode desfrutar de um clima muito legal

Caracas está entre o Capital District e o estado de Miranda. No Distrito da Capital está dentro do município de Libertador, e a parte que está no estado de Miranda é distribuída entre os municípios de Chacao, Baruta, Sucre e El Hatillo.
