Français : tableau "Nymphéas", 1916-19. Peintre de la couleur, de la lumière, Monet n'utilisait jamais le noir mais le plus souvent une palette de tons violets et bleus.

des peintures de fleurs, de bassins se retrouvent entre autres au musée de Giverny, au musée d'Orsay, au musée Marmottan. en France. Photo prise en Suisse à la Fondation Beyeler (près de Bâle) lors de l'exposition consacrée à l'Artiste mort en 1926.
