| Description |
English: Coastal erosion at Ulrome, East Riding of Yorkshire, England. The amount of coastal erosion of the soft cliffs in this area is truly horrific and has to be seen to be believed. Every time I visit this area another bit of the caravan park has vanished forever. The environment agency calls this 'managed erosion' i.e.-doing nothing at all to stop its vicious onslaught. Though to be fair I would think it was a nigh-on impossible and incredibly expensive thing to achieve in any case. |
