Summary[edit]

Description
English: Coinagehall Street, Helston. Here we see the typically large 19th century Methodist Church and in front of it, the historic Blue Anchor Public House. The Blue Anchor was built in the 15th Century as a monks rest home. With the dissolution of the monasteries it became a village alehouse and began brewing its own beer, which it still does.
