English: Plane of family of Viktor Medvedchuk, confiscated by Ukrainian police after his arrest in 2022 and transferred to Ukrainian army.
Українська: Original description: Гелікоптер і літак, що належали родині Медведчука, передали для потреб ЗСУ.
Про це повідомили у Департаменті стратегічних розслідувань Національної поліції України. В межах кримінального провадження, що розслідуються за ч. 2 ст. 28, ч. 2 ст. 364 (зловживання владою або службовим становищем) та ч. 3 ст. 191 (привласнення, розтрата майна або заволодіння ним шляхом зловживання службовим становищем) Кримінального кодексу України, оперативники Департаменту та слідчі Головного слідчого управління Нацполіції вилучили гелікоптер та літак, якими користувалася родина Віктора Медведчука. За клопотанням Офісу Генерального прокурора на вилучене майно було накладено арешт. Наразі його передали для потреб Збройних сил України. |
