Español: Manuscrito original de la Constitución Nacional Argentina de 1853. Por su propia naturaleza y por su antigüedad, el texto se encuentra en el dominio público. La fotografía no le añade valor artístico ni de diseño, por lo que se trata de una simple copia, igualmente en el dominio público en virtud del fallo Corel vs Bridgeman.
English: Original manuscript of the 1853 Argentine National Constitution. Text is naturally, being a legislative text, and due to age in the public domain. Photographs do not add graphic value to it, and are a copy in terms of Corel vs Bridgeman.
