Español: Copia de José del Castillo (1737 - 1793) de uno de los frescos de Luca Giordano (1634 - 1705) pintados para el Casón del Palacio del Buen Retiro de Madrid por encargo del rey Carlos II. Es una copia del fresco que representaba el tema de Hércules y las aves del Estínfalo (hacia 1697).

El fresco destruido era parte de una serie de 16 frescos en los entrepaños de las ventanas del Casón, representando los 12 Trabajos de Hércules más 4 escenas más de la vida de Hércules.

La copia fue realizada en 1778 y grabado posteriormente por Nicolás Barsanti. Se conserva en el museo de la Real Academia de Bellas Artes de San Fernando, Madrid

king Charles II. It is a copy of the fresco depicting Hercules and the birds of the Stymphalus (ca. 1697).

The destroyed fresco was part of a series of 16 frescoes on the windowpanes of the Casón, representing the 12 Labours of Heracles plus 4 more scenes from Heracles' life. The copy was made in 1778 and later engraved by Nicolás Barsanti. It is kept in the museum of the Real Academia de Bellas Artes de San Fernando, Madrid
