Description
English: Baptism of Eliza Emma Crouch and her sister Hannah Lydia Crouch at Saint Andrew's Church in Plymouth, in the county of Devon, on 27 December 1837 by the parish vicar, John Matihard. Eliza Emma Crouch becomes the famous courtesan of the Second Empire, under the pseudonym of Cora Pearl. She was born in Plymouth, England on 17 December 1836.
