Description

KUSA 9News reporter Corey Rose (pictured inside) after a live shot for the evening news at the scene of an accident. KUSA 9News is Denver's NBC affiliate station operated by Gannett and one of the largest in Colorado. Corey Rose, along with Jeremy Jojola and anchor Adele Arakawa are some of the newscasters you often see on the station.

This "ENG truck" or news van uses a terrestrial microwave antenna on a raised mast to send a live video feed back to the station. The microwave is only one way, so the reporter listens to the audio on the IFB over a radio channel for their live hits. In the case of IFB problems there is a list of fallback phone numbers to call to listen to the IFB.

Outside of the ENG van you see a Sachtler Video 20 fluid head and tripod that was being used by the video crew.
