The exercise provided participants an opportunity to evaluate and improve emergency response plans associated with the dam. Each year, the Corps deploys hundreds of employees to respond to disasters around the world; sustaining lives with critical commodities; providing technical expertise; and assessing and restoring critical infrastructure.
